Your video just saved me! I just replaced all the orifices about a month ago but haven't been able to figure out why the oven wouldn't heat past 395°. I haven't done it yet but I'm almost positive it's because I didn't reverse the brass piece on the regulator underneath.

Good info on getting the positive side stuff off, but... Rule One with big batteries: Negative terminal off first, and back on last. Flying white hot metal in your face from the wrench hitting positive and chassis at the same time is always a bad day. Also, a small charger on the jumpstart terminals under the hood helps to save all the 'volatile' settings in the radio, etc.

Suggest taking off the front bumper first - it does not take very long and gives you much better access.

you still active on here bro i have questions about the shaft play on turbo. i have 2004 93 aero, recently done a whole lotta work. all seals, valve, power steering, brake pump, even dropped oil pan cleaned screen. did you tighten bolt on shaft did it help with the play i think mine has gone ! only half boosting and making whine noise

your title says for 1995-05 but your video is for a 2003??? where is this on a 1995??
